Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments All bookings are managed through Cliniko. Payments are due at the end of the session. If you wish to pay prior to the appointment this can be arranged.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy I value your time and mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of  100% of the treatment price will apply.

• No-shows: The full appointment fee will be charged.

3. Client Responsibility You agree to provide accurate medical history. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your health or medications before a session.

4. Professional Conduct I provide professional clinical bodywork and lymphatic health services. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will remain payable.

5. Results & Liability While clinical bodywork is highly effective, results vary by individual. I am not liable for any pre-existing conditions not disclosed during consultation.
