Rooted in Science, Guided by connection

Beyond the treatment table

I’ve always been fascinated by the quiet complexity of how we function. To me, bodywork isn’t just a service; it’s a partnership. Whether we are working through a specific injury or supporting your lymphatic health, my approach is rooted in the belief that when you truly understand how your body works, you gain the power to change how it feels. I’m here to provide the clinical expertise, but more importantly, to listen to what your body needs to find its balance again.

Dedicated to the Art and Science of Healing

Portrait of Ellen Gingell, a Level 3 Vodder MLD therapist and clinical bodywork specialist, providing advanced lymphatic and sports recovery treatments.

My journey into bodywork began with a lifelong fascination with how the human body functions. Having earned a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology, I’ve always been driven by a curiosity about our internal systems—a foundation that now informs every treatment I provide. Today, I combine that background with advanced therapeutic techniques to help my clients move better, feel lighter, and live without discomfort.

A Personal Approach to Recovery I believe that every body has a story to tell. My role is to listen—both to your concerns and to what your muscles are saying. Whether I’m working with an athlete on injury prevention or using Manual Lymphatic Drainage to support a client’s detoxification, my goal is the same: to create a tailored environment where your body can finally hit the “reset” button.

The Gold Standard of Care Specialising in the Dr. Vodder Method has been a turning point in my career. Completing my Level 3 qualification in Cork was a proud milestone, but in a field this dynamic, the learning never stops. I am constantly exploring new research and refinements in lymphatic health to ensure that the care you receive is always at the forefront of the industry.
