I have been searching for someone with vodder qualifications in lymph drainage for quite a while and had my first session with ellen today. Was not disappointed. I starting going because of my job I lean over a lot so couldn’t sleep due to back pain and after a few sessions my back pain eased and every time I go I feel more and more relaxed. I can sleep with no pain now. I used to get headaches every day too which I put down to caffeine addiction but since going I hardly get headaches anymore. It’s actually amazing! I’d never really had massage done before only once or twice but Ellen makes me feel very comfortable and is very good at what she does! 10/10 thank you!!!
